3 STEPS TO A FINISHED RUBBER TILE

  • Connect the rubber tiles to the plastic pins by inserting them intο the holes in the sides of the tiles.
  • Interlock the tiles so that the tiles are in an alternating pattern.
  • Continue to connect the tiles until the entire area is covered.

PRACTICAL TIPS FOR A PERFECT RESULT

  • Do not install rubber tiles when the air temperature is below 4°C. The tiles should be laid on a flat surface 24 hours before installation, in no more than 2-3 layers, to achieve the technical dimensions before installation.
  • Indoors, rubber tiles should be laid directly on a flat surface.
  • When laying directly on the ground, the substrate must be specially prepared.
  • First layer: 150 mm of crushed stone. The gravel should be up to 32 mm in diameter.
  • Second layer: a mixture of sand and gravel or a layer of gravel 33 mm thick. The gravel must be at least 8 mm in diameter.
  • Third layer: The same mixture, but the grains must be smaller, up to 5 mm in diameter.
  • Fourth layer (top layer): - Geotextile overlay on which rubber tiles can be laid.

Caution. All intermediate layers must be thoroughly sealed.
